The Custom Body Performance Program

This comprehensive report takes a static measurement of your body’s performance. We will gather specific information such as height, weight, body type, blood type, body fat, goals and environment. The Body Performance Report is a program that will provide you with meal plans, Macro-nutrient ratios, Exchange System guidelines, and recommendations to support your specific needs. These tools will improve sleep, energy, digestion and focus. When your body is aligned and balanced you will achieve the vitality and body that nature intended.


The Body Performance (BP) Report assesses your:

  • Goals and Environment: Your goals and current environment are affecting your Body’s Performance. We will upgrade your current situations and make small adjustments in your daily habits. This alone can yield amazing growth in overall vitality.
  • (BMR) Basal Metabolic Rate: Your BP report will reveal your Basal Metabolic Rate(BMR). Your BMR is the aggregate amount of energy your body expends over a 24 hour period. We will then adjust by your activity level and teach you how to modify daily.
  • Recommended balance of Macro-Nutrients: Recommended ratios and ranges of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, based on the results of your BMR & BP Report. Other eating plans do not provide you with a range or teach you how to adjust daily. Every day is different and we will help you discover your ranges and how to best stay within your vitality zone.
  • Food Exchange System: A full explanation of the Food Exchange System and how it uniquely relates to your body. The Exchange System is an efficient way of tracking your food versus other calorie counting programs.
  • Menu Planning: The Menu Planning report uses the Food Exchange System to outline meals that get your body into its best vitality zone. This report guides you on how to properly combine exchanges (units of protein, starch, and fat) and design healthy meals.
    Supplement Suggestions: A list of suggested supplements and recommended vendors based on the results of your BP report.
  • A Typical Day in the life of YOU: This report will lay out your optimal day. Refer to this report any time when life gives you some challenges to get you back to your vitality zone.
  • Conscious Nutrition Guide Book: This guide book outlines the concepts of the Conscious Nutrition Program. You’ll receive both a hard copy and an e-book. It is your resource guide to learn the basics of Conscious Nutrition program and philosophy. Stick the book in your back pocket when you go to the grocery store. It’s your personal healthy shopper and guide.
